Kamanwala Housing to merge Doongursee Diamond Tools Ltd with itself

Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2007 has decided to amalgamate M/s. Doongursee Diamond Tools Ltd, a Subsidiary, with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.179.10, up by Rs.8.45 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.179.15 and low of Rs.170. The total traded quantity was 25623 compared to 2 week average of 8971.
