Advanta India Board to recommend dividend

Advanta India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited accounts for the period April 01, 2006 to December 31, 2006 and recommend dividend, if any.
