Reliance Capital Board recommends 35% dividend

Reliance Capital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 3.50 on equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 01, 2007 to June 15, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.714.45, down by Rs.5.30 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.730.90 and low of Rs.710.10. The total traded quantity was 556126 shares compared to 2 week average of 568940.
