Indo Borax Board to recommend dividend

Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Financial Results for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2007 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any.

The stock closed the day at Rs.67.10, down by Rs.1.85 or 2.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.40 and low of Rs.67. The total traded quantity was 7401 shares compared to 2 week average of 18190.
