Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007, and to consider dividend, if any, for the said Financial Year.
