Bhushan Steel Board to recommend dividend

Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Recommendation of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.530, down by Rs.10.15 or 1.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.547 and low of Rs.520. The total traded quantity was 46715 shares compared to 2 week average of 63401.
