Mobile Tele to consider assembling of e-bikes

Mobile Tele Communications Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve the acquisition of a strategic stake in an E-Bike Company engaged in the business of assembling of two, three and four wheeler e-bikes.

2. To start assembling of e-bike at Company's Nashik and Goa Facility.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.11, up by Re.0.20 or 1.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.55 and low of Rs.17.05. The total traded quantity was 12853 shares compared to 2 week average of 57394.
