Diamond Cables to rename Western Transformers

Diamond Cables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2007, inter alia, has approved the conversion & renaming of Western Transformers to the Name & Style "Diamond Power Transformer Ltd" for the Company acquired "Western Transformers" in March 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.167.35, up by Re.0.10 or 0.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.175.60 and low of Rs.167.35. The total traded quantity was 223935 shares compared to 2 week average of 59893.
