Taj Gvk Hotels Board recommends 150% dividend

Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 150% for the financial year 2006/07 (previous year @ 100%). subject to the approval of shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.180, down by Rs.4.45 or 2.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.188.65 and low of Rs.180. The total traded quantity was 63490 shares compared to 2 week average of 34210.
