HB Estate Developers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following items of business:
1. Approval of annual accounts and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
2. Appropriation of profits and recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
