Orbit Corporation Acquires Land from Ambuja Cements for Rs.333 crores

Orbit Corporation Ltd has announced that the Company through its nominee Orbit Shelter Pvt Ltd, an affiliate Company, has completed the execution of agreements for acquisition of the land admeasuring about 2 acres at Kalina, Santacruz, Mumbai, adjacent to Bandra Kurla Complex, from Ambuja Cements Ltd at a cost of Rs 333 Crores.

The stock was trading at Rs.159.50, down by Rs.2 or 1.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164.90 and low of Rs.157.25. The total traded quantity was 1117982 shares compared to 2 week average of 5255039.
