Sanghvi Movers Board to recommend dividend

Sanghvi Movers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider and approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the accounting year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, if any.

Therefore, the Company will publish Audited Results for the accounting year ended March 31, 2007 and as such the Company will not publish the unaudited results for the last quarter of the accounting year.

The stock was trading at Rs.715, down by Rs.14.30 or 1.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.724.95 and low of Rs.715. The total traded quantity was 499 shares compared to 2 week average of 1550.
