Geojit Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired an additional 20,91,300 equity shares in Geojit Credits Pvt Ltd, a Company registered as an NBFC with the Reserve Bank of India. With this acquisition of shares, Geojit Credits Pvt Ltd became a subsidiary of the Company, with shareholding of 51%.
The stock was trading at Rs.35, down by Re.0.10 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.75 and low of Rs.34.85. The total traded quantity was 44019 shares compared to 2 week average of 31516.
