Tata Sponge Board to recommend dividend

Tata Sponge Iron Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, at the said Meeting the Board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.115.50, down by Re.0.15 or 0.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.120 and low of Rs.114.75. The total traded quantity was 27444 shares compared to 2 week average of 39105.
