Ultratech Cement declares Rs.4 interim dividend

Ultratech Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, declared interim dividend of Rs 4/- per equity shares (face value of Rs 10/- each) for the year 2006-07, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2007 has decided to treat interim dividend as final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.823, down by Rs.19.15 or 2.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.860 and low of Rs.817. The total traded quantity was 46357 shares compared to 2 week average of 43891.
