Temptation Foods to acquire 26% stake in Karen's Gourmet Kitchen

Temptation Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2007, has taken the following decisions.

1. Ms. Elizabeth Harrington was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. The Authorized Capital of the Company was increased from Rs 20.00 crores to Rs 30.00 crores by creation of 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the general meeting and

3. To enter into a strategic tie-up with Karen's Gourmet Kitchen Pvt Ltd and to take 26% stake to the equity share capital of the Company.
