OBC - Updates on Lower Tier II Bond issue

With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 09, 2007 regarding Raising of Tier II Capital, Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has announced that the Lower Tier-II Bond Issue has been closed on April 20, 2007 as per the terms of the offer document and full subscription amount of Rs 500 crore has been received.

The stock was trading at Rs.193, up by Re.0.35 or 0.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.196 and low of Rs.188.65. The total traded quantity was 17171 shares compared to 2 week average of 38579.
