Shivalik Bimetal Board declares interim dividend

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2007, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend @ 12.50% on Paid up Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.16.05, up by Re.0.44 or 2.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.20 and low of Rs.15.90. The total traded quantity was 5085 shares compared to 2 week average of 5879.
