Electrosteel Castings Board to declare final dividend

Electrosteel Castings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider and adopt the Statement of Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To take on record the Audited Results of the Company for the quarter ended on that Date.

3. To consider declaration of final dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.401, up by Rs.18.95 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.410 and low of Rs.385. The total traded quantity was 4346 shares compared to 2 week average of 14500.
