Maharashtra Scooters Board to recommend dividend

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Approve the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and

2. Consider recommendation of dividend on the equity shares for the said year, if any.

The stock closed the day at Rs.298, up by Re.0.90 or 0.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.301 and low of Rs.293.15. The total traded quantity was 2071 shares compared to 2 week average of 1727.
