Pricol Board to recommend dividend

Pricol Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following subjects:

1. Audited Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to take on record audited financial results.

2. Recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Fixing the period of closure of Register of Members for the purpose of payment of dividend.

Therefore, the Company is not furnishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33, up by Re.0.05 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.40 and low of Rs.32.80. The total traded quantity was 21170 shares compared to 2 week average of 18159.
