Stovec Industries Board recommends Rs.2.20 final dividend

Stovec Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.20 per share for the financial year ending on March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.97.60, up by Rs.1.05 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.99.95 and low of Rs.95. The total traded quantity was 1601 shares compared to 2 week average of 787.
