Tayo Rolls Board recommends 42.5% dividend

Tayo Rolls Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 42.5%, Rs 4.25 p./- per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.149.60, up by Rs.1.35 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.152.30 and low of Rs.148.50. The total traded quantity was 49679 shares compared to 2 week average of 17504.
