Helios & Matheson Board to consider interim dividend

Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007 and consider payment of an interim dividend.
