Jay Shree Tea Board to recommend dividend

Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, for the following purposes:

1. To consider & approve the Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend for the year 2006-07 on equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.122.85, up by Rs.3.95 or 3.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.126.50 and low of Rs.120.20. The total traded quantity was 73941 shares compared to 2 week average of 38111.
