Essen Supplements India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. Review of operations and taking note of various activities.

2. Taking note of various quarterly reports to be submitted for the 4th quarter ending March 31, 2007.
