Eimco Elecon Board to declare dividend

Eimco Elecon India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider & approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007 & to declare dividend.

The stock closed the day at Rs.285, down by Rs.9.10 or 3.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.306.70 and low of Rs.285. The total traded quantity was 67 shares compared to 2 week average of 343.
