Synergy Log-In to change name as Globsyn Infotech Ltd

Synergy Log-In Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2007, inter alia, has plans to change the name of the Company from "Synergy Log-In Systems Ltd" to "Globsyn Infotech Ltd", subject to the approval of shareholders and Central Government.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15.25, up by Re.0.29 or 1.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.70 and low of Rs.14.80. The total traded quantity was 21840 shares compared to 2 week average of 14051.
