Evinix Accessories Limited enters into MOU with Saveena Enterprises

Evinix Accessories Limited has entered into an MOU with M/s. Saveena Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Noida, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 to augment its fabric knitting, dyeing, processing capacities as well as other related activities.

Pursuant to this expansion other than completing chain for integrating processing & other value additions on major raw materials for Company, the turnover of the company is expected to increase by Rs. 10.00 crores by the end of the Financial Year i.e. 2007 - 08.

The stock closed the day at Rs.96.10, up by Rs.3.55 or 3.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.97.80 and low of Rs.93.80. The total traded quantity was 266461 shares at an average price of Rs.96.27 resulting in a turnover of Rs.256.52 Lakhs.
