Astra Microwave Board to recommend dividend

Astra Microwave Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, to conduct the following business:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend payment of equity dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.154.55, up by Rs.1.40 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.156 and low of Rs.154. The total traded quantity was 8597 compared to 2 week average of 63839.
