GL Hotels members approve Scheme of Arrangement

GL Hotels Ltd has announced that the members of the Company at its court convened meeting held on April 17, 2007, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Mayfair Banquets Pvt Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders, with requisite majority.

The stock closed the day at Rs.290.25, down by Rs.15.15 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.290.25 and low of Rs.290.25. The total traded quantity was 75 shares compared to 2 week average of 299.
