1. Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Declaration of Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.80, up by Rs.1.95 or 2.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80 and low of Rs.80. The total traded quantity was 100 shares compared to 2 week average of 595.
