HB Leasing to shift registered office to Gurgaon

HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2007, has decided to shift the registered office of the Company to Plot No. 31, Echelon Institutional Area, Sector-32, Gurgaon (Haryana) with effect from April 01, 2007.

In the above regard, the Company has informed that in terms of the aforesaid decision of the Board of Directors the registered office of the Company has, effective April 01, 2007 been shifted at the above mentioned address and necessary return with the Registrar of Companies have also been filed in respect of the same.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.04, up by Re.0.01 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.04 and low of Rs.4.72. The total traded quantity was 558 shares compared to 2 week average of 4044.
