Prime Securities Board to recommend final dividend

Prime Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also to Recommend Final Dividend on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.58.05, down by Re.0.25 or 0.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.50 and low of Rs.57.50. The total traded quantity was 108476 shares compared to 2 week average of 459756.
