PTC India Board to recommend dividend

PTC India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the FY 06-07 and to consider the proposal for recommendation of dividend for the FY 06-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.56.15, up by Re.0.65 or 1.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.95 and low of Rs.55. The total traded quantity was 34629 shares compared to 2 week average of 66568.
