HT Media Board to consider dividend

HT Media Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year March 31, 2007 and consider payment of dividend.

The stock closed the day at Rs.172.60, down by Rs.5.15 or 2.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.175.95 and low of Rs.172. The total traded quantity was 1970 shares compared to 2 week average of 103249.
