Parry Agro Board to declare dividend

Parry Agro Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, for considering the Audited quarterly / yearly results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007 and declaration of dividend, if any.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1290, down by Rs.82.95 or 6.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1350 and low of Rs.1268. The total traded quantity was 62 compared to 2 week average of 95.
