SKP Securities Board to consider dividend

SKP Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ended 2006-07, consider payment of Dividend, if any, for FY 2006-2007, if any.
