R Systems International to consider investment in Belgium subsidiary

R Systems International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the audited financial results of the Company & the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and approve an investment up to US$ 1 million for setting up of a wholly owned subsidiary Company in Belgium.

The stock closed the day at Rs.141.45, up by Rs. 2.40 or 1.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.146.45 and low of Rs.136.10. The total traded quantity was 9444 compared to 2 week average of 16626.
