Twentyfirst Century Management Board to consider interim dividend & final dividend

Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, to consider and approve the following business:

1. To consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and approve final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider and approve interim dividend for the financial year 2007-08.
