ITI announces Change in Managerial Personnel

ITI Ltd has announced about the following change in Managerial Personnel of the Company:

Consequent upon the acceptance of resignation of Shri. Y K Pandey, Chairman and Managing Director by the Ministry of Telecommunications & IT, Shri. Y K Pandey is relieved of his duties from the post of Chairman & Managing Director with effect from April 01, 2007.

Hon'ble Ministry of Communications & IT has granted the continuation of Shri. Pritam Singh, Director (Marketing) as In-Charge Chairman & Managing Director, of the Company for another three months period with effect from April 01, 2007 to June 30, 2007 in addition to his own duties as Director (Marketing) without any additional remuneration subject to approval of ACC.
