HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company and Advanced Electronics Company (AEC), a Riyadh-based Economic Offset Program Company, have signed an agreement to implement IT (Information Technology) projects in Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement AEC and the Company (through it's subsidiary) will jointly work to implement and execute Integrated IT Solutions and Services for business transformation covering the end-to-end of the IT spectrum including systems integration, package implementation, application development and maintenance, IT infrastructure Management, and BPO. This strategic alliance offers the most comprehensive IT folio in the Saudi market.
HCL-AEC alliance announcement coincides with the inauguration of the Company's IT Management Centre (IMC) in Riyadh, which brings the Company's pioneering Remote IT Management delivery model to the Middle East. The IMC will enable delivery of strong, process-based IT service management with predictable and consistent end-user performance, covering the technology domains of data centre, systems, storage, networks, security & end-user support.
