Sterling Biotech Ltd has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 380.562 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 302.354 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 1346.958 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to Rs 1763.532 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
The stock closed the day at Rs.172.90, up by Rs.6.20 or 3.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.174.50 and low of Rs.163. The total traded quantity was 2423946 compared to 2 week average of 851047.
