Biocon Board recommends 60% dividend

Biocon Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend for the year (subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company) of Rs 3 per Equity shares of Rs 5 each (60%).

The stock was trading at Rs.504.95, down by Rs.17.70 or 3.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.524.80 and low of Rs.503. The total traded quantity was 547150 on an average price of Rs.515.10 resulting in a turnover of Rs.2818.37 Lakhs.
