Sangli Bank Branches to function as ICICI Bank Branches

All the branches of The Sangli Bank Ltd. shall function as branches of the ICICI Bank Ltd. from April 19, 2007. The Scheme of Amalgamation of The Sangli Bank Ltd. with the ICICI Bank Ltd. was sanctioned by the Reserve Bank of India In exercise of the powers contained in Sub-section (4) of Section 44A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
