Aztecsoft Board to recommend dividend

Aztecsoft Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation for declaration of dividend, if any.

The stock closed the day at Rs.118.80, up by Re.0.85 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.120.50 and low of Rs.118.60. The total traded quantity was 9874 shares compared to 2 week average of 26808.
