Ajanta Pharma Board to recommend dividend

Ajanta Pharma Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 & recommending dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.73.30, down by Re.0.50 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.40 and low of Rs.72.90. The total traded quantity was 3049 shares compared to 2 week average of 7221.
