Stewarts & Lloyds Board to declare dividend

Stewarts & Lloyds of India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2007, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and would consider, if it deems fit, declaration of dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.135.80, up by Rs.2.55 or 1.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.137.70 and low of Rs.127.25. The total traded quantity was 210 shares compared to 2 week average of 4166.
