ETC Network Board recommends 10% dividend

ETC Network Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 10% i.e. Re 1 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has designated Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, Director as Executive Director pursuant to Section 269 of the Companies Act, 1956.

The stock closed the day at Rs.49.80, up by R3.0.35 or 0.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.50.90 and low of Rs.49. The total traded quantity was 4691 shares compared to 2 week average of 7621.
