GTL Board to consider buy back of shares

GTL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider Audited Financial Results for the quarter, nine months period and the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

3. To consider Buy back of Equity Shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.164.10, up by Rs.24.50 or 17.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166.20 and low of Rs.140.50. The total traded quantity was 2815505 shares compared to 2 week average of 446223.
